7 Ways to Find Peace In the Unknown

If there is one thing I hate, it is the unknown. It can be very scary not knowing what it coming. It does not have to be too overwhelming.

Today we talk about going into the unknown and finding peace along the way.

Finding peace in the unknown

Embrace the adventure

One way to find peace with the unkown is to embrace the adventure.

If we knew what was going to happen all the time then we would be bored and not surprised. We need to go head on thinking of things as a game aka the Game of Life. *Not the Hasboro game.*

Game of Life
Chose your path in this beloved game
We earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you.

Go forth with confidence knowing that notiing and no one can hold you back.

Trust in the past

The uknown may be new and scary but you have dealt with it before. And guess what? You made it out alright.

Unknowns you have faced before-

  • School
  • new people
  • new food
  • new experiences
  • love

Use what you have learned from the past to overcome what it coming for you.

Be curious

I bet you are saying “but Tiana curiosity killed the cat”. Well true but death is a guarantee in life so he was going to die one day. Meanwhile, the actual story has nothing to do with the unknown rather getting him self into things he knew he should not.

With that being said, you should allow yourself to explore more things. Like I said earlier, be adventurous. You don’t want to go through life not knowing what was behing to door. It could be something magical

Have support when facing the unknown

If you are scared about what the future holds then try talking to someone close to you.

Have people there whom you know you can trust to have your back.

Plan ahead

What could go wrong? What could go right? What happens when the situation goes wrong or right?

There was this saying that you should never have a backup plan because then you are more likely to fail. I disagree with that.

Go into the unknown with the confidence that everything will be fine. But also have a plan for if everything goes wrong.

Just like collage. Some people go to collage thinking they know what they want to do. They do not plan on not ejoying what they are studing.

What should you do?

  • Have a backup plan
  • Have a plan for what you will do if the unknown turns out totally wrong

Basically, have a plan for everything. The unknown can be less scary if we have a plan going into it.

Use the unknown as a transformation

Uncertainty is a chance for transformation. Embrace it as an opportunity to shed old skins and emerge stronger. Your intensity can transmute fear into power, allowing you to rebuild yourself with every twist and turn life throws at you

Flow with the unknown

This can be another form of go on the adventure. Let life guide you. Trust that life knows what it is doing.

Trust that you will come out on the other side changed into a even better version of yourself.

Step into the unknown today

Look at you going into the unknown with a plan, with a support when system and with confidence. The old you would have never done this.

Embracing uncertainty can lead to a profound sense of peace, as it encourages individuals to let go of the need for control and to accept the natural flow of life. Ultimately, finding tranquility in the unknown fosters resilience and personal growth.

When is a time that you faced the unknown and came out on top?

Tiana

Hey Earthlings. Magick Zen is near and dear to my heart. I hope it becomes a way to enchant yourself and help you discover peace

  1. I think there are people who don’t like unknown and people who adapt quickly. But it is scary to be in the unknown for too long.
