I take it you are the type of person who puts everyone else’s needs ahead of yours? This can be fine to an extent. As long as you are still taking care of your own self.

What do what to do with your year? What about your life?
There are many ways to make a vision board.
- 1. An app on your phone. They range from simple apps like Vision Board to more advanced like Perfectly Happy
- 2. You can make a vision board by buying cardboard, adding photos, quotes and any other specific goal you wish
- 3. A sheet of paper where you just write specifically what you wish to accomplish
It really does not matter how the vision board is made or even looks. I mean of course the more colorful, the better because you would want to look at something visually appealing.
- The main thing is that you have your goals very specific (color of the house, size, bedrooms, location)

- that the board is somewhere that you will see everyday
In order to make the vision board happen, you must put in the effort to achieve your goals
Start Decluttering:
This goes on from the above tip but not just decluttering your life. Declutter your space also.

Get on those Goals
Lets start the new year by making goals that we can actually keep.
No going to the gym 5 times a week. Instead, try going to the gym 1 time a week or even 1 time every 2 weeks. Just keep your body moving and you will reach that goal.
So what are some mini goals you can keep?
The point being to take your big goals and make them smaller.
Remember Life is Short
Why does this matter? We worry so much about our new year’s resolution and trying to please everyone that we forget that life is short.
Life is too short to worry and get depressed about not keeping your goals to the fullest.
Are you happy in life?
If not then make sure this year and everyday is a day where you make yourself happy.
Enjoy that drink once in a while and take that day to binge out on food.
