In today’s fast-paced world, stress has become a prevalent problem for many people. From work pressures to personal responsibilities, finding ways to combat stress has never been more important.
One method that has gained popularity in recent years is vaping. While vaping is often associated with recreational use, it can also offer several benefits for stress relief.
In this blog post, we will explore the reasons why vaping can be a helpful tool in managing stress.
I am talking about CBD vape, not any that contains nicotine
A Little information on vaping
Today we discuss CBD vaping rather then Hemp and THC. What is the difference you may ask.
The cannabis plant produces more than 100 cannabinoids, including the two main ones, CBD and THC.
THC is delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, the main psychoactive ingredient in the cannabis plant. It’s what makes you feel “high” when you smoke marijuana or eat an edible.
CBD is short for cannabidiol. It’s also made from the cannabis plant. CBD is related to THC, but it’s not psychoactive, so it doesn’t make you “high” like THC does.
Both forms come in vapes, gummies and all other forms. CBD is what I think is safer for you then THC.
So why do I suggest the vaping form rather then the gummies, oil or any other CBD products?
Here are 5 Reasons I suggest vaping for stress relief.
Reason 1- Vaping helps calm you down
The most important reason why vaping can be beneficial for stress relief is its ability to create a sense of relaxation and calmness. The act of vaping itself can be soothing and provide a moment of pause in a hectic day.
Many people find that taking a few minutes to engage in vaping can help them unwind and de-stress, allowing them to refocus and tackle the challenges ahead with a clearer mind.
CBD has been know to be effective
While CBD can be useful in addressing physical discomforts from chronic pain to chemotherapy side effects, it could also help people living with anxiety disorders.
Recent studies, such as this one published in 2019, show that CBD has the potential to decrease anxiety. Anecdotal evidence from users is also pretty convincing.
Vaping gets into your system quicker
There are many other forms of CBD such as gummies. Yet none of them go into your system and work as quickly as a vape pen does.

Reason 4 Vapes have good flavors
From Strawberry Shortcake to watermelon, to raspberry, The vapes have all the flavors one can love. Let me tell you, the vape I have and the flavor is so delicious and not overbearing. It is easy to puff and easy on the taste buds. Only thing is that the product is so delicious, it makes me want to go back for me.
Vapes are legal in most states
CBD is legal in states that have legalized medicinal or recreational marijuana.
Forbes actually has the list of all states and whether CBD is legal or not. In Arizona, it is fully legal. In Alabama however, it is only conditionally legal meaning CBD oil exceeding 0.3% THC legal with a medical cannabis license for specific conditions
Reason 6 Vape can be a powerful addition to your medication
I have noticed that taking 2 puffs a day when needed (not exceeding 4 times per day) plus my anxiety and depression pills have lowered my anxiety just a tad.
You will need to consult your doctor if you have any questions. The doctor will inform you what is best and maybe even prescribe a dose that will be effective for you.
I plan on asking my doctor for a prescription because I always wanted to try medical ‘drugs’ that way I could try brownies.
To vape or not to vape
That is the question I hope to have given a little insight into.
As always, consult your doctor before starting any new treatment.
Some cons of vaping-
- it goes right into your lungs
- can be as dangerous as cigarettes for the lungs
- can be illegal in some states
- people may not like it
Above I gave you some cons for vaping. For me, vaping cbd has been a great addition for my pills. You don’t take too many puffs and it works mighty quick.
It is up to you to decide. Really consider the pros and cons before starting.
So do you vape? Would you?
I vape medical cannabis (legal here in my country for approved medical users), with THC in it because of chronic pain. It also helps me sleep at night which is extremely necessary for my mental health. I’m glad CBD works well for you (it didn’t do anything for me unfortunately), and vaping is what my dr told me was better for me than smoking it.
